San Francisco Residence<\/h1>\n

We were first introduced to the clients in July 2012 when they asked us to renovate their house in San Francisco. The house, on the crest of Liberty Street, had incredible views of the city. They asked us to update the property, opening it up to the garden and the views. From time to time, when working on the project, I would say: Don\u2019t worry about it, as sooner or later you will sell\u201d. And, as fate would have it, a few weeks before moving in, they called me to and said: \u201cFrom your mouth to God\u2019s ears.\u201d\u2026\u201csomeone\u201d knocked on our door and \u2026 we sold! Yes, two years of work and the house was gone.<\/p>\n

Back to square one\u2026time to look for another house.<\/p>\n

The client, a well-known realtor in Noe Valley, started the search. As luck would have it, she found \u201cthe one\u201d before it was listed. Once on the market, they bought it.<\/p>\n

Time to start working again.<\/p>\n

Having had the experience of working together on the house on Liberty Street, we worked well together. A new architect and landscape architect came on board and the project was completed and ready to move in within 15 months.<\/p>\n

The project was a real team effort\u2026and enjoyable for all involved.
\nHopefully they will not sell this one!<\/p>\n
